Guests wishing to stay in a suite can choose from six large rooms: Nibbio coda di rondine, Albanella reale, Falco di Cooper, Gufo delle Nevi, Falco pescatore and Caracara, very spacious and welcoming rooms with a minimum surface area of 40 square meters, equipped with a double bed measuring 200 x 200cm., anatomic “Venere” mattress, 30 cm tall, with independent pocket springs, which is by unsurpassed comfort, offering the right support to every part of the body. To increase its softness, it is covered with a duvet padded with hypoallergenic fiber that ensures lightness and softness, guaranteeing a sound and healthy sleep.
Complemented by four comfortable hypoallergenic and anti-mite pillows.
Even the Suites, like the other rooms, respect eh original structure of the ancient building: small doors that lead into rooms with high ceilings and that still preserve their arches, the stone walls and the fine wooden beams. Each room is embellished with significant elements of Art Nouveau and contemporary design, with furniture from the early twentieth century, which tells the story of the past. Warm oak floors, natural and relaxing furnishings, four-poster or princely beds, high quality materials, Murano chandeliers and vintage lamps, antique carpets, sumptuous curtains and works of art create an intimate, enveloping atmosphere, full of romance.
The linen was made by “Giotto”, wise Tuscan artisans, using fine fabrics, with fine handmade embroideries.
The Gufo delle Nevi Suite has a Jacuzzi and a balcony with a view on the internal courtyard where the Liberty fountain dominates. The Nibbio coda di rondine Suite has an English bath with lion’s paws. The Albanella reale and Falco di Cooper Suites enclose the historic memory of the barn in the powerful exposed brick arches that rise above guests’ heads. In the back of the headboard of the “Falco Pestatore” Suite, once destined for the Archbishop’s rest during a visit to the estate, the paintings painted by Dario Fo, in Ravenna, in the Gallery of Patrizia Poggi are now hanging: large tapestries in strong colors, which evoke atmospheres of rare and luxuriant voluptuousness.
In all rooms, antique Murano chandeliers and precious carpets.
Spacious and bright bathrooms with San Sbordoni white ceramic / Palladio line fixtures and oak wood flooring. Valencienne lace on the windows.
