Faenza

Only 16 km from Villla Roncuzzi is the city of Faenza, a town rich in art, especially pottery. In fact, this is a symbol of the city, which houses the International Museum of Ceramics, one of the largest and most famous in the world.

Located a stone’s throw from Ravenna and Bologna, it has wonderful parks. The Bucci park is an ideal destination for relaxing alone, as a couple or as a family with its greenery and ponds. Enjoy watching the animals that live in the park: rabbits, ducks and peacocks will be an incredible natural spectacle to see up close.

It is also worthwhile to visit the center. Two squares, of Libertà and of Popolo, are the main ones and represent the heart of Faenza, surrounded by noble palaces, towers and cathedrals. Faenza is easily reachable by car via the A14 motorway and, being man-sized city, it can be easily visited on foot. The town is an ideal destination for a relaxing day out of town.

Lose yourself in the streets of the center and in the history of Faenza, between an ice cream and a museum, between fun, relaxation and culture just a stone’s throw from your hotel.
